Domio's sole and exclusive responsibility is to either repair or replace the defective product during the one (1) year limited warranty period. Any replacement with new or refurbished products may be at the option of Domio. If Domio, in their sole discretion determines it unreasonable to replace the product, they may elect to refund the full purchase price paid.
THIS WARRANTY IS EXPRESSLY IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS. In no event will Domio's total cumulative liability exceed the price paid by the consumer for the product. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
Consumer shall bear the cost of shipping the product to Domio and Domio shall bear the cost of shipping the product back to the consumer after the completion of service under this limited warranty. Any product returned to Domio without a Return Authorization (RA) or without proof of purchase will be returned to the consumer at consumer's expense.
Orders placed in the U.S., but shipped internationally will be eligible for coverage under Domio's warranty policy, however customers will be responsible for both inbound and return freight. Prior to returning product to the U.S., customer should ascertain if there is a local distributor that services their specific geographical territory. Orders placed outside of the U.S. should be returned to the distributor in the country the purchase originated in.
