Shipment confirmation and order tracking
You will receive a shipping confirmation e-mail containing your order tracking number within 2-3 days after your order is shipped from our warehouse. Please note that your shipment being processed from our warehouse is not the same as your order being processed on our website. Once you place your order on our website and receive an order number, it may take up to 24 hours for our warehouse to ship your order if the products are in-stock and available at our warehouse. If the product is backordered, it may take up to 1-2 weeks after the order is processed for our warehouse to ship your order. If the product is on a pre-order status, the order will only be shipped on the date mentioned in product details at the time of purchase, or in as specified in your order confirmation e-mail.
Please note that Domio Sports is not liable for any damages or losses that occur in transit. If you receive a faulty product, Domio Sports will replace the product under warranty, however, please note that any damages incurred during shipping are not covered by warranty.
Customers who purchase shipping insurance via Route during checkout can file a claim with Route to replace their items. Customers can file the claim on Route's website (route.com).
Customers who choose to not purchase shipping insurance can still have a replacement order sent to their address if they pay a replacement fee.
Replacement fee as per product:
Domio Ripper - USD$40 (per unit)
Domio Moto - USD$50 (per unit)
Domio MotoPro - USD$65 (per unit)
For example, if a customer orders a Moto Twin Pack without insurance, the replacement fee will be $100 ($50 x 2).
Customers can alternatively claim a refund for their order, however, Domio Sports reserves the right to deduct the replacement fee from the order value in this case.
International Shipping Policy
All prices on our site are in US dollars. Your credit card company will bill you with your local currency at the current exchange rate. When ordering outside of United States of America, the recipient is responsible for assuring the product can be legally imported to the destination country.
Customs, duties, and taxes
The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Orders shipped outside of Canada and United States may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient's country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and can't predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for more information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.
We offer a 30 day money back guarantee. If your unit is unopened you will get back 100% of the value. For opened units we charge a 10% restocking fee (you will be refunded 90% of the value). Refunds are processed within 14 days after we receive the unit back. Return shipping is at your own expense to our Canadian warehouse. Update: Please note that our administrative operations have been affected by COVID-19 related interruptions and thus we will require up to 30 days (after the returned items reach our warehouse) to process any refund requests until further notice.
